      "body": "By accessing or using TargoNIX for Social Media (\"the Service\"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (\"Terms\"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms, and \"you\" refers to both you and that organization.\n\nIf you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide notice of material changes as described in Section 14 (Changes to Terms)."

      "heading": "2. Eligibility and Accounts",
      "body": "You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into a legally binding contract to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.\n\nWhen registering for an account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at support@targonix.com if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.\n\nEach account is for a single user. Account credentials may not be shared between multiple individuals. TargoNIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where credential sharing is suspected."

      "heading": "3. Workspaces and Team Responsibilities",
      "body": "The Service uses a workspace model that allows teams and organizations to collaborate. Workspace owners are responsible for:\n\n- Managing member access and role assignments within their workspace\n- Ensuring all workspace members comply with these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy\n- The content created, scheduled, or published through the workspace\n- All billing obligations associated with the workspace's subscription\n\nWorkspace owners may invite members and assign roles (Owner, Admin, Member, Viewer). Each role carries specific permissions. You are responsible for ensuring that role assignments reflect your intended access control decisions.\n\nTargoNIX is not responsible for disputes between workspace members or between a workspace owner and their organization."

      "heading": "4. Subscriptions and Billing",
      "body": "Certain features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you authorize TargoNIX to charge the applicable subscription fees to your chosen payment method on the billing cycle you select (monthly or annual).\n\nSubscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy. [LEGAL REVIEW: Define specific refund/cancellation terms with counsel.]\n\nYou may cancel your subscription at any time through your workspace billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.\n\nTargoNIX reserves the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers. Continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.\n\nAll fees are exclusive of applicable taxes. You are responsible for paying any taxes applicable to your use of the Service."

      "body": "Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you also agree to the Acceptable Use Policy.\n\nIn summary, you agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose, to abuse connected social media integrations, to use automation features in violation of third-party platform terms of service, or to engage in any activity that could harm the Service, other users, or third parties.\n\nPlease review the full Acceptable Use Policy at /legal/acceptable-use."

      "heading": "6. Third-Party Social Media Integrations",
      "body": "The Service allows you to connect and manage accounts on third-party social media platforms (\"Third-Party Platforms\"). Your use of Third-Party Platforms through the Service is subject to each platform's own terms of service, community guidelines, and policies, in addition to these Terms.\n\nTargoNIX is not responsible for actions taken by Third-Party Platforms, including account restrictions, rate limiting, feature changes, or termination of access. We do not guarantee that integrations with any specific Third-Party Platform will remain available.\n\nYou are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish or schedule through TargoNIX complies with the terms and guidelines of each Third-Party Platform to which it is posted.\n\nOAuth tokens and API credentials that you connect to TargoNIX are stored securely. You may disconnect any integration at any time through your workspace settings."

      "heading": "7. AI Features and Automation Engine",
      "body": "The Service includes AI-powered content generation and an automation engine that can perform actions on your behalf on connected platforms. These features are provided as tools to assist your workflow.\n\n[LEGAL REVIEW: AI liability and disclaimer wording should be reviewed by counsel with attention to applicable AI regulations in your jurisdiction, including the EU AI Act if relevant.]\n\nYou acknowledge and agree that:\n\n- AI-generated content is provided as-is and may require review before publication\n- You are solely responsible for all content published through the Service, including AI-assisted content\n- Automation workflows you configure and activate are your responsibility; TargoNIX is not liable for unintended actions resulting from misconfigured automations\n- AI features consume service credits or are subject to usage limits as described in your subscription plan\n- TargoNIX does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, or fitness for purpose of AI-generated content"

      "heading": "8. Intellectual Property",
      "body": "The Service, including its design, code, features, and brand elements, is owned by TargoNIX and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.\n\nYour content — including text, images, media files, and other materials you upload or create using the Service — remains your property. By using the Service, you grant TargoNIX a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.\n\nYou represent that you own or have the necessary rights to any content you upload or publish through the Service, and that such content does not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.\n\nTargoNIX's name, logo, and brand elements may not be used without our prior written consent."

      "body": "TargoNIX will make reasonable efforts to ensure the Service is available and operational. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access. Planned and unplanned maintenance windows may temporarily affect availability.\n\nWe reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For significant changes, we will provide reasonable advance notice where possible. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.\n\nWe may update or modify features, pricing plans, or integrations as the Service evolves. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated as described in Section 14."

      "body": "You may close your account at any time by following the account deletion process in your account settings. Upon account closure, your access to the Service will cease.\n\nTargoNIX reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, without prior notice, if:\n\n- We believe you have violated these Terms or the Acceptable Use Policy\n- Your account is the subject of fraud, legal proceedings, or regulatory requirements\n- Continued access would cause harm to the Service or other users\n- Required by applicable law or a competent authority\n\nUpon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Data retention and deletion following account closure is governed by our Privacy Policy."
