      "body": "This Acceptable Use Policy (\"AUP\") defines the conduct and content standards that apply to all users of TargoNIX for Social Media (\"the Service\"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service and applies to all users, workspace members, and any party acting through a TargoNIX account.\n\nTargoNIX is a professional social media management platform designed for businesses, agencies, brands, and marketing teams. The Service is intended for legitimate professional, commercial, and creative use.\n\nBy using the Service, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in suspension or termination of your account as described in Section 8."

      "heading": "2. Prohibited: Illegal and Harmful Activity",
      "body": "You may not use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by applicable laws and regulations. This includes but is not limited to:\n\n- Publishing, distributing, or facilitating content that violates any applicable local, national, or international law\n- Using the Service to engage in fraud, identity theft, phishing, or deceptive practices\n- Facilitating financial crimes, money laundering, or illegal transactions\n- Publishing content that incites violence, promotes terrorism, or advocates for harm against individuals or groups\n- Engaging in or facilitating human trafficking, exploitation, or abuse\n- Violating export control laws, trade sanctions, or embargoes\n\n[LEGAL REVIEW: Align prohibited content categories with applicable regulations in your jurisdiction, including the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), national equivalents, and platform-specific obligations.]"

      "heading": "3. Prohibited: Abuse of Social Media Integrations",
      "body": "The social media platform integrations in TargoNIX are provided to enable legitimate professional social media management. You may not use these integrations to:\n\n- Violate the terms of service, community standards, or API usage policies of any connected social media platform\n- Create, manage, or coordinate inauthentic accounts, fake profiles, or networks of coordinated inauthentic behavior\n- Artificially inflate engagement metrics, including followers, likes, shares, comments, or views\n- Publish misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent content on connected platforms\n- Use connected platform APIs in ways that exceed the scope of your OAuth authorization or that would constitute API abuse\n- Access, scrape, or extract data from connected platforms beyond what is authorized for the features you are using\n\nViolation of a third-party platform's terms through TargoNIX may result in consequences both on that platform and within the TargoNIX Service."

      "heading": "4. Prohibited: Automation Abuse",
      "body": "The automation engine in TargoNIX is designed to help legitimate workflows. You may not use the automation engine to:\n\n- Execute actions at volumes or frequencies that would constitute spam, flooding, or denial-of-service against connected platforms or TargoNIX infrastructure\n- Automate the mass creation or dissemination of misleading, harmful, or policy-violating content\n- Configure automations that bypass rate limits, usage quotas, or access controls\n- Create self-replicating or uncontrolled automation chains that consume disproportionate system resources\n- Attempt to automate actions that are prohibited by this AUP or by the terms of connected platforms\n\nAutomation workflows that trigger a disproportionate number of API calls or platform actions may be paused or rate-limited by TargoNIX systems to protect platform stability."

      "heading": "5. Prohibited: Spam and Unsolicited Communications",
      "body": "You may not use TargoNIX to send, schedule, or facilitate spam or unsolicited mass communications. Prohibited activities include:\n\n- Publishing identical or substantially similar content at high volume across multiple platforms or accounts in a manner designed to spam audiences\n- Scheduling content for the purpose of comment spam, mention flooding, or mass unsolicited contact with other platform users\n- Using TargoNIX to manage campaigns that violate CAN-SPAM, CASL, GDPR email marketing rules, or other applicable anti-spam regulations\n\n[LEGAL REVIEW: Anti-spam compliance requirements vary by jurisdiction. Counsel should confirm specific obligations relevant to the platform's user base and markets.]"

      "heading": "6. Prohibited: Content Standards",
      "body": "Regardless of the connected platform's own policies, you may not use TargoNIX to create, schedule, or publish the following categories of content:\n\n- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any sexually exploitative content involving minors (zero tolerance; will be reported to authorities)\n- Content that constitutes defamation, harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of individuals\n- Content designed to defraud, deceive, or manipulate audiences in ways that could cause financial or personal harm\n- Non-consensually shared intimate images or other content uploaded without proper consent from subjects\n- Malware, malicious code, or content containing or linking to harmful software\n- Content that infringes the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of third parties\n\nTargoNIX does not pre-screen all content created through the Service but reserves the right to remove content and suspend accounts when violations come to our attention."

      "heading": "7. Prohibited: Misuse of AI Features",
      "body": "The AI-powered content generation features in TargoNIX are provided to assist legitimate creative and marketing workflows. You may not use AI features to:\n\n- Generate content that would violate any other section of this AUP\n- Produce disinformation, synthetic media designed to deceive (deepfakes), or fabricated quotes or statements attributed to real individuals without their consent\n- Generate hate speech, content that dehumanizes individuals or groups based on protected characteristics, or content promoting extremism\n- Attempt to circumvent AI safety measures, content filters, or usage policies of the underlying AI providers\n- Use AI-generated content at scale in ways that violate connected platform policies on AI-generated content disclosure\n\n[LEGAL REVIEW: AI content regulations are evolving rapidly. Counsel should review this section in light of the EU AI Act, applicable national AI regulations, and platform-specific AI disclosure requirements.]"

      "heading": "8. Prohibited: Security and Infrastructure Abuse",
      "body": "You may not use the Service to:\n\n- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of TargoNIX systems without explicit written authorization\n- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or connected systems\n- Disrupt, degrade, or interfere with the availability or performance of the Service or connected platforms\n- Use the Service to launch attacks against any third-party infrastructure, including distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks\n- Introduce malware, viruses, or malicious code into the Service or connected platforms\n- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service\n- Circumvent or attempt to bypass technical limitations, quotas, rate limits, access controls, or security features\n\nResponsible security researchers who believe they have found a vulnerability in TargoNIX should contact us at security@targonix.com before public disclosure."

      "heading": "9. Account and Credential Misuse",
      "body": "You may not:\n\n- Share your TargoNIX account credentials with unauthorized third parties\n- Create accounts for others without their explicit consent\n- Use automated tools to create accounts in bulk (account farming)\n- Impersonate TargoNIX, its employees, or other users\n- Use workspace invitations or team member features to gain unauthorized access to workspaces you are not entitled to access\n- Attempt to access, modify, or delete data belonging to other users or workspaces\n\nEach user account is personal and may not be transferred or sold."

      "heading": "10. Enforcement and Consequences",
      "body": "TargoNIX may take the following actions in response to violations of this AUP, at our sole discretion:\n\n- Issue a warning and require corrective action\n- Temporarily suspend access to specific features (such as automation or AI features)\n- Suspend your account pending investigation\n- Permanently terminate your account and all associated data\n- Report illegal activity to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities\n- Pursue legal action where warranted\n\nThe severity of the enforcement action will generally correspond to the severity and nature of the violation, although TargoNIX reserves the right to terminate accounts immediately for serious violations without prior warning.\n\nContent that violates child safety laws will always be reported to the relevant authorities regardless of other enforcement actions.\n\n[LEGAL REVIEW: Notice and appeal procedures for account termination should be defined, particularly for EU users under the Digital Services Act (DSA) if applicable.]"

      "body": "If you become aware of a violation of this AUP by another user, or if you believe your account has been compromised and used in violation of this policy, please contact us:\n\nAbuse reports: abuse@targonix.com\nSecurity concerns: security@targonix.com\nGeneral inquiries: support@targonix.com\n\nWe take all reports seriously and will investigate reported violations. We appreciate the help of the community in maintaining a safe and professional platform."

      "heading": "12. Changes to This Policy",
      "body": "TargoNIX may update this AUP from time to time to address new use cases, emerging abuse patterns, or changes in applicable law. We will notify users of material changes through the Service or by email.\n\nContinued use of the Service after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP."
